Dr. Jack Li Chiropractic works with many PPO insurance plans and selected chiropractic insurance networks.
Chiropractic benefits vary by plan. Coverage, deductibles, copayments, visit limitations, referrals, and prior authorization requirements may apply.
We also offer self-pay options for patients without applicable chiropractic insurance coverage.
