We are located on the south side of Santa Monica Boulevard, at the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Carmelina Avenue. The office is approximately three blocks west of Bundy Drive and one block east of Centinela Avenue.

Please note that the exterior building gate locks at 5:00 p.m. If your appointment is after 5:00 p.m., please call our office at (310) 207-1007 so we can open the gate for you.

Parking

Reserved patient parking is available in the parking lot across from the building on Carmelina Avenue.

Street parking may also be available on Santa Monica Boulevard and Carmelina Avenue. Please check posted signs carefully, as parking is restricted after 6:00 p.m. in some areas.
