​For 2026, UC Care insurance has transitioned from Anthem Blue Cross to Blue Shield of California.
Patients with UC Care / Blue Shield chiropractic benefits typically include:

• 24 chiropractic visits per calendar year
• 30% co-insurance after deductible is met

Coverage and benefits may vary depending on your specific plan. Our office will verify your benefits prior to treatment and review any out-of-pocket responsibility with you before care begins.
