Part-Time Medical Assistants
Multiple Positions 
📍 Location: 12340 Santa Monica Blvd #129, West LA
🕒 Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday (student-friendly shifts)

✨ About the Role
Dr. Jack Li Chiropractic is hiring multiple Part-Time Medical Assistants. 

👩‍⚕️ Who Should Apply
  • First- to third-year UCLA students seeking hands-on medical/clinical experience
  • Able to work during the school year and ideally over summer and winter breaks
  • No experience required—we provide training (prior chiropractic experience or MA certification is a plus)

  • ✅ Assist with direct patient care and therapy
  • ✅ Handle front desk tasks: scheduling, check-ins, insurance verification
  • ✅ Keep the clinic clean, organized, and patient-ready

RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Office Duties:
Answering and returning phone calls and emails.
  • Collecting payments from patients.
  • Answering phone, text and email. 
  • Scheduling appointments using EMR.
Back Office Duties:
  • Checking in and rooming patients.
  • Recording vitals.
  • Assisting with physical therapy modalities (electrical therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, traction).

REQUIREMENT
Availability on the following days: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday (flexible shifts)
Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Prior healthcare or chiropractic office experience a plus but not required.
Medical Assistant certification a plus but not required.
